Halo Infinite Co-Developer’s Stela Arrives on Switch, PC Today
Halo Infinite co-developer SkyBox Labs brings Stela, the cinematic platformer about a young woman witnessing the final days of a mysterious ancient world, to Nintendo Switch and Steam for Windows PC today. The final, definitive version includes new content debuting across all platforms as well as updates added since launch on Xbox One and Apple Arcade.
The new content includes an expanded ending and post-credits scene as well as an additional 15 secret areas to explore, unlockable 3D dioramas, visual improvements, and bug fixes.
Stela presents a lone traveler’s journey through a variety of breathtaking environments to find safety in the final days of a decaying world. Escape human-sized beetles, hungry spirits, and other gargantuan monsters lurking in the shadows while solving massive puzzles to the sound of an original ambient soundtrack.
Shyang Kong, Co-Founder, SkyBox Labs said
“We’ve put our all into creating new content for the Nintendo Switch and Steam ports, hoping to bring to light a side of Stela no one has experienced, […] By adding more layers to the game, we’ve addressed critiques and improved its storytelling. The end result is one even those who have already completed the game will enjoy.”
Stela is available today on Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch and Steam for the regular price of $19.99 USD, with a launch discount of 15% off for Steam worldwide and Nintendo eShop in the Americas only. It is also available on Xbox One and Apple Arcade.
