Love him or hate him, you cannot deny the influence and fame (or infamy) that Dr. Disrespect has. Even before his infamous Twitch ban, the Doc was at the top of his game. Even after being removed from the gaming streaming service and rebounding on YouTube Gaming, he hasn’t slowed down.

There are few who are plugged into the gaming world that don’t know the name and just like the blue-haired Fortnite streamer, Ninja, and plenty outside of gaming know him as well. But one place I don’t think anyone expected to see the Doc’s face pop up is on the field of the Major League Baseball team, the Atlanta Braves.

In their game against the Milwaukee Brewers the Braves mascot, Blooper, came out cosplaying as the Champ himself, Dr. Disrespect. He had on the undeniably iconic mustache (aka Slick Daddy), the sweet shades, a pair of gaming headphones and of course, the slick-backed mullet.

Blooper posted a video to his Twitter and the comments lit up with those in support of the new fan of the Two-Time. This is just the latest in what seems to be an ever-increasing crossover between traditional sports and the gaming and esports space.
