‘Star Wars: The Rise Of Skywalker’ To Hit Disney+ Two Months Early

Disney+ is giving Star Wars fans something to celebrate on May 4th — also known as “Star Wars Day” (“May the fourth be with you”).
The streaming service announced earlier today that the final film in the Star Wars saga — The Rise Of Skywalker will be available to fans on May 4; it will mark the first time that the entire “Skywalker Saga” will be available for streaming in one place. And that’s also the date of the premiere of the eight-episode documentary series Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian and the series finale of the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was directed by J.J. Abrams and stars Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Anthony Daniels, Naomi Ackie, Domhnall Gleeson, Richard E. Grant, Lupita Nyong’o, Keri Russell, Joonas Suotamo, Kelly Marie Tran, with Ian McDiarmid and Billy Dee Williams.
