If there's one thing Epic and Fortnite are known for, it's making a big splash and stealing all the headlines for themselves. That's exactly what they did with their recent event 'The End' that sucked up the entire map into a black hole and which eventually gave way for what is being called Fortnite Chapter 2.

Epic has yet to put out any official patch notes as the new patch went live, but the overall consensus seems to be that Fortnite feels a lot more like classic early chapter 1 Fortnite. A lot of the weapons you may have come to know and love from recent seasons are gone, so there are fewer weapons overall, but a lot of the classics still remain such as the pump action shotgun or assault rifles. The map is also brand new but still features some of the old areas. Some new features include a reworked UI, the ability to swim and use boats, new skins, being able to pick up your downed teammates and carry them, hiding in small spaces, a bazooka that heals you and much more.

Until Epic releases a complete list of all the changes the best way to experience the new and improved Fortnite Chapter 2 is simple. Go and play.
