After a long rumored signing process, the embattled tank player Baek "Fissure" Chan-hyung is un-retired and will lead the Vancouver Titans front line.

In a tweet, the Titans announced their new signing, to mixed reactions. Fissure's been on three teams in two seasons, the London Spitfire, LA Gladiators, and the Seoul Dynasty. He "retired" following Seoul's first round departure from the playoffs.

Norris' Skeptical Opinion: I'm a big Fissure fan. But its hard not to place some of the blame for his unrealized potential on the man himself. Three teams in two seasons all of them made the playoffs, but only one (LA Glads) did so with him as a starter. He was unused for London, benched in the playoffs by the Glads and benched by Seoul. They all can't just have a issue his play. I'm curious to see what an all Korean roster will do for Fissure, especially with a team as talented as Vancouver.
