Houston Outlaws Sign Former Titans DPS Hooreg As New Coach

The massive off-season for the Houston Outlaws continues as they sign former London Spitfire and Vancouver Titans player, Lee “Hooreg” Dong-eun as a coach.
The new role may come as a surprise, but Hooreg rarely started for London and Vancouver in two seasons in the Overwatch League. There’s also an existing working relationship with the Outlaw’s Head Coach, Harsha Bandi, who was an assistant with the Titans last season. This marks the 7th addition in either the roster or coaching staff this offseason, making the Outlaws one of the most active teams in the OWL during the winter break.
Norris’ Immaculate Opinion: The “Bench God” Hooreg continues to add a winning pedigree to the Outlaws. While he may not have been an active player in many of his teams, he’s got a ring with the Spitfire and won Contenders with that fateful RunAway team in Contenders. Moving to a coach position means he can provide insight and context to a team that is looking to capitalize on massive moves and certain players performing well at the Overwatch World Cup
