With another year comes another installment of FIFA and an esports season with it. The long-running soccer franchise announced a hand full of competitions for all level of players.
The FIFA 20 Global Series’ top events will be the Ultimate Team Champions Cups from November to May with $200k prize pool. The FIFA eClub World Cup and FIFA eNations Cups both take place in May culminating with the FIFA eWorld Cup in June. The eChampions League is also returning from last season featuring the top verified PS4 players competing for that prestigious title. All of these competitions will generate points towards FIFA 20 Global Series points. Players will earn a massive 2000 points for Champions Cups wins. Global Series points will also be available online through the game’s Weekend Series as well.
Over 20 traditional leagues will participate in domestic FIFA competitions such as the eMLS, ePremier League and eBundesliga.
