In an attempt to carve their own slice of the gaming pie, Apple announced earlier this year their plans for Apple Arcade. A subscription-based platform for Apple users to get their gaming fix. Yesterday, September 10th, Apple released more information on the service.

The Apple Arcade will be available on the App Store for $4.99 per month on September 19th. The subscription will give users unlimited access to a catalog of games. Apple promises over 100 new and exclusive games on the Apple Arcade.

Some of the new and exclusive games include; Ballistic Baseball, ChuChu Rocket! Universe, Exit the Gungeon, Overland, PAC-MAN PARTY ROYALE, Projection: First Light, Rayman Mini, Shantae and the Seven Sirens, Skate City and much more. Whether or not this will appeal to the hardcore gamer who is use to PC and Console gaming remains to be seen.
