Newbee Acquires Former Forward Gaming Roster

The former roster of Forward Gaming certainly didn’t have to wait long to find a new home. With a guaranteed spot at The International 2019, someone was bound to pick them up for a chance at glory. As it turns out, that someone was Newbee. They’ve acquired the former Forward Gaming roster, and will provide a place for them to train and practice in the lead up this year’s International.
For fans of the current Newbee roster, don’t worry. They’re not being replaced or let go. The Forward Gaming squad has been acquired on a short term deal that will expire after The International 2019 wraps up. After that, Newbee’s regular squad will continue to represent the team going forward.
