Forward Gaming Ceases Operations

Forward Gaming has ceased all operations, with their CEO announcing the organization’s dire financial situation. CEO David Dashtoyan made a Twitter post to announce the closure of the organization. After their website crashed, he followed his tweet up with a Twitlonger to explain what was going on.

All players from the organization have been released from their contracts, although the players are still owed a month’s salary and a total of 36,000 dollars in prize money. However, those players probably won’t have to wait long to find a new team They own a coveted spot in The International 2019, making them an attractive option. Despite the bad situation, they seem to have left on good terms. Both staff and players took to social media, speaking well of their time with the organization.
