Platinum Boss Not Impressed with PS5 and Project Scarlett

The boss of Platinum Games, Atsushi Inaba, is apparently not thrilled with the PS5 and Xbox Scarlett. While he’s said they’re fine, and by that he means faster and less load times, he’s also lamented that it’s just more of the same. He said he doesn’t feel like they’re very innovative or disruptive to the industry, but that he’s been very impressed with the advancements in cloud gaming.
