Riot Founds Collegiate Governing Body for League of Legends

In the wake of the recent NCAA vote to not to govern collegiate esports. Riot Games Announced that they will be heading their own collegiate League of Legends division. The framework will be similar to the various regions like the LCS or LEC, but with some noted differences. College teams will not be able to operate as independently capitalized businesses with rights to their assets.
