Activision Blizzard is facing two new class action lawsuits following the departure of Destiny developer Bungie from the company. The lawsuits indicate that Actiblizz misled investors on the potential for the split, and shareholders are being encouraged to join the lawsuit following stock drops. A lead plaintiff is still being sought out to spearhead the lawsuit.
