Fortnite gets an “F” from the BBB!

Epic Games, the creators of Fortnite, have come under fire due to receiving an “F” in customer service due to a staggering 247 unanswered customer complaints. The Better Business Bureau cites that most of the complaints are for unauthorized credit card charges and account hacking. In a statement to Kotaku, Epic has said that they have addressed these complaints on the BBB’s site redirecting complaints to their Player Support Staff.
