As the New Fortuneer’s await word from the Adrian Guild on their next mission, they are visited by a young woman from Cheapside. She offers them a quest to retrieve an old family heirloom for her grandmother. Des and Adrian have a right that ends with Des, once again, leaving the group to deal with her own issues. Drea and Anderin have a heart to heart that seems to convince him to stay for the time being. The group wait until nightfall and go to the abandoned warehouse where the heirloom is supposedly being held…
