Each week at CheckpointXP we bring you a moment in esports that is too close for comfort in the close shave of the week. This week for the CheckpointXP close shave of the week we drop into a big tournament, but a stream.
This week’s Close Shave goes to Summit1g. Not every play has to have a huge sum of money on the line, sometimes there is just a good play that gets caught on stream. And that’s where we found Summit this week, who happens to be one of the largest First Person Shooter streamers. While playing a recent match of Rainbow Six Siege, he came in clutch with a slick 3 kill round that put his team over the edge to win the game.
