Ask most gamers and they'll tell you that they have a somewhat strained relationship with Konami. A company famous for such titles as Metal Gear Solid, Frogger, and Silent Hill should be one that is revered and beloved by all. However, they've developed a habit of making questionable decisions with their games.

Now, they've unveiled something that is sure to have fan's blood boiling. After years without a new entry in the franchise, Konami has officially announced a new Silent Hill game. The game is titled Silent Hill: Escape, and was unveiled at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas. And if you can't figure out what's coming next, then welcome to working with Konami. That's right, it's not a video game at all. It's a slot machine.

Sorry Silent Hill fans, maybe P.T. will be fun. Too soon? I know, it will always be too soon.
