A game store in Seattle hit the motherlode while sifting through a bag of otherwise boring NES games. The co-owner of the shop said he was sifting through a Safeway bag of the most boring NES games you can imagine when he spotted a cartridge of Nintendo World Championships 1990. After opening it to confirm that it wasn’t a reproduction, the store offered the man $13,000 USD for it, which he accepted.
