Two new strategies stormed onto the League of Legends scene last weekend, but they will not be seeing play in the LEC region. While both the LEC and LCS regions voted unanimously to approve a hot fix in the game which effectively kills the Frostmancy strategy, the LEC took things a step further. They voted to ban all forms of minion manipulation, despite Riot having said that some forms were okay.
