Streamer Plays Call of Duty With Drums

Each week we bring you two moments, one of epic success, someone who absolutely nailed it! And another of an epic failure, someone who totally failed it. This week for the Nailed It we take a trip to Call of Duty where a streamer named Deano is taking the term ‘battle bard’ to a new level. He somehow manages to get a Call of Duty kill using a set of drums.

Ba-Dum Tiss!

It seems to be second nature for gamers to find new, challenging, and interesting ways to play games. Once they’ve mastered their favorites, they need to obtain new heights or break new molds. It’s a sacred tradition to impose disadvantages on yourself to see just how far you can push the envelope. Gamers have been playing and beating games with sorts of peripherals out of controllers for years now. Whether it’s playing Dark Souls with a Guitar Hero controller, or Mario 64 with a trampoline.

Streamer Deano is the latest gamer to try something crazy. He’s taken it a step further and taken his skills into a competitive game. He’s managed to map the controls of Call of Duty to a drum set. Using drum sticks he’s able to control the game. In the clip before he even manages to nab a kill. I’d hate to be the guy on the other side and know that I just got taken out by a drummer.
