Earlier this month we reported on the potential walkout and the inevitable walkout of Riot Employees due to Forced Arbitration clauses in employee contracts. The employees that protested gave ultimatums to Riot to remove Forced Arbitration from past, present and future Riot contracts.
The Protesters gave the company until May 16th to change their ways or face more action. That deadline has come and gone with Riot reaffirming that all future employees and employees who sign new contracts will not have forced arbitration. However, with litigation ongoing, they will not change the contracts of current employees. The ball is now in the developers hands once again.
