Immortal Gaming Club close to Purchasing Infinite Esports and Entertainment

We haven’t seen Immortals since the LCS 2017 Summer Split and they are making headlines now. The reason for that is Immortal Gaming Club is purchasing the parent company of OpTic Gaming.
Infinite Esports and Entertainment is also owners of the Houston Outlaws. Which if this deal goes through would put Immortal Gaming Club in violation of the Overwatch League rules of only housing one team. Since Immortal Gaming owns the L.A. Valiant also. This also entails the potential end of OpTic Gaming as an endemic esports brand and bring the Immortals back to the stage for League of Legends.
