Epic Games will have one less headache to worry about as they move through 2019. Alfonso Ribeiro’s attempt to trademark the ‘Carlton Dance’ has been denied by the U.S. Copyright Office. They stated the moves were a simple dance routine and as such is not registerable as choreographic work.
