Much of the Chinese industry is in standby mode for the Lunar New Year, but just before that, the Chinese Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security officially listed two esports related professions.
These two professions are esports professional and esports organizer. Their understanding of the esports space doesn’t seem to be the best. One of the main roles of an esports professional according to them is quote “Account Boosting,” a practice which is banned in almost every major esport.
